Oddity likes puns - the sillier, the better. Her works span various genres across narrative fiction and nonfiction, including documentaries, music videos and digital brand films. A lifelong writer in addition, she's not fond of being pigeonholed as a creator.

She grew up in Muscat, Oman, and has lived and worked in cities like Los Angeles, Mumbai, Goa and Chennai in India.














Her latest surreal horror short, The Hour Strikes Three will have its World Premiere at the 21st Tasveer Film Festival. She is also a Climate Scriptwriting Lab fellow, in its inaugural edition as launched by Netflix India and Pluc.TV in 2026.

Her previous films have played at Venice Shorts (Semi-Finalist, 2020), Portland Film Festival, EATSA, Goa Short Film Festival and the 17th Dada Saheb Phalke Film Festival.
